Geist Charcuterie Steps Up to 2025

Geist Charcuterie is officially entering a new chapter, and from the point of view of owner Amber Ward, what is ahead is nothing short of her dreams coming true.

“I won’t take away from myself the amount of hard work I’ve put into this whole operation,” Ward said. “But I am absolutely living my dream. I came up with this whole concept for business shortly after becoming an empty nester - it was a pipe dream honestly. So even one year later, to see how much this dream has grown, it is just such a blessing.”

Beginning in February, Ward will officially level up her business as she launches her first commercial kitchen space. Geist Charcuterie will be hosted in Tasteful Times, 11677 Olio Rd., Fishers.

“It is a blessing and just the best opportunity for me and my business,” Ward said. “Jon (Sadler) has been a pick up partner with GC and that relationship eventually grew. We realized we have a shared customer base and what Jon hosts in Tasteful Times is such a compliment to the work I do, and likewise.”

Once operational, GC will offer charcuterie selections to compliment Tasteful Time’s monthly wine club selections for members and will also have daily offerings in the storefront.

“It will really offer a full 365 degree shopping experience. Not only can you get great wine, you can shop in a very curated and crafted way.”

Ward is quick to recognize her success as a direct reflection of her devoted customer base.

“It’s truly amazing to me, every single order that comes in from a referral, people sharing word of mouth - it’s life changing. It truly is just life changing. I am so thankful - this has grown into something that is much bigger than cured meats and cheeses - it has grown a community within the community I already loved. This now is all just an added bonus.”

Customers can still preorder charcuterie boxes as well as book special events from GC’s website at geistcharcuterie.com
