Dear GC Customers & Community,
Writing this has been incredibly difficult. After much consideration, we’ve made the decision to close Geist Charcuterie at the end of June. Due to unexpected changes in shared building ownership, we’ve been asked to vacate our space earlier than planned, making it unsustainable to continue with a solo storefront of our own.
We are proud of what we’ve built over the past four years and grateful for every order, event, and loyal customer who supported us along the way. Your encouragement has meant so much to our family.
We will continue serving the community through spring and early summer, with our final day on Saturday, June 20th. Please note there will be limited closures in May for family events, and we encourage all gift certificates to be redeemed before closing.
While this chapter is ending, we remain hopeful for what’s ahead and are committed to finishing strong with the community we love.

Orders placed after 5pm will be reviewed and processed the next business day.
Orders placed on days we are closed Sun and Mon we will review and process when we are open again on Tuesday.
